How It Works
In line with our low impact, low waste values, some of our products are made to order, or shipped directly from our suppliers to you. As such, we do our very best to ensure we can offer reasonable shipping times and accurate shipping quotes, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping times for all items, and delays do happen from time to time. If you experience an issue with a delayed item, please reach out to us directly so we can assist with remedying the situation.
Our Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with any item you purchase from Whimberly, you may return it within 30 days. Returned items must be include original packaging and tags, and be in an unused, unwashed, like new condition. Please contact us directly to initiate a return.

Whimberly.com takes your privacy and security incredibly seriously. We do not share your information with third parties, unless the sharing is required to complete a transaction. For example, payment information entered into our site is sent directly and securely to our credit card processor via a secure payment portal at checkout. Similar with shipping, your information is sent securely to our shipping and fulfillment partners, where it is used to complete your order. We will never share your information with marketing firms, advertisers, or other 3rd part organizations.
